Hereby it is possible to calculate an optimal fit between job and personnel, reduce costs and identify potential individuals for key positions. A differentiated and transparent assessment procedure is the basis for an individual development process and a visible sign for a fair and performance oriented company culture.

I offer my clients my many years of experience in designing, conducting and evaluating aptitude testing procedures for various industries, at all hierarchical levels.
